What are your delivery options?
 

Shipping Policy

For destinations within Canada, by Canada Post.

•             Orders are shipped via Canada Post. Standard Shipping (Canada Post Expedited)

•             Express shipping service is not currently available.

•             Orders arrive 1-10 business days (from the shipped date)

Shipping Rates:

Under $50           $10.00 CAD

$50 - $80             $13.00 CAD

$80 - $150           $16.00 CAD

Over $150           FREE

 

U.S. Rates and Services

 

Flat rate shipping  $35 per order 8-10 business days

•Orders are shipped via Federal Express.

•Express shipping service is not currently available.

•U.S. customs may apply import duties or other fees for orders shipped to an address within the U.S. These additional duties and fees are the responsibility of the purchaser.

 If you have any questions about duties, please contact your local U.S. Customs authority.

 

Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.

Note that we cannot ship to PO boxes.

 Please allow an additional 2-3 business days for deliveries to rural areas. All orders will be shipped in either heavy-duty plastic bags or  boxes.

Note that customs fees and taxes associated with a purchase are the sole responsibility of the customer. Some orders may experience customs delays, which are out of our control. We have no way of predicting what these might be or when they may occur.

 

 

How do I return an item?
Return Policy

 

In Store Purchases:

We want you to love what you ordered, but if something isn't right, let us know.

We will be pleased to offer you an exchange or store credit note within 7 days of purchase. Please note that in order to receive an exchange or store credit:

Merchandise must be in original condition, with all original tags and packaging.

Merchandise must be accompanied by the sales receipt.

Lucia Fashion & Beauty reserves the right to refuse returns on any item that has been worn or damaged.

 

 

Electrical Items

  • May be returned for store credit or exchange with an original receipt only, and dated within 7 days of purchase (in its original condition with original boxes).

  • Without a receipt, we do not offer a return— after 7 days, if product is defective, the customer must contact the manufacturer directly to take advantage of their warranty.

Online Purchases

All online purchases can be returned for exchange or refund within 7 days of receiving the item. Items must be unworn, unwashed with labels and tags attached, in their original condition with original boxes and include the completed return/exchange form. Beauty products must be in an unused and sell-able condition. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

All returns must be authorized by Lucia Fashion & Beauty prior to the return. To request for an authorization, please send an email to info@luciafashionbeauty.com.

 

Please remember that returns should be shipped with a service providing a tracking number and insurance as we are not responsible for delayed or lost packages. Any returns received without a Return Authorization number or that does not comply with the above may be denied at the discretion of Lucia Fashion & Beauty. The customer is responsible for cost of return shipping including any taxes, duties and/or brokerage charges that may occur on the return parcel.

 

We will apply a credit to your original form of payment – less shipping and handling charges. Please allow 3 to 10 business days following the reception of merchandise at our warehouse for the credit to be processed.

ORDER & PAYMENT

We accept payment by PayPal (verified users only), Visa and MasterCard. All listed prices are in Canadian dollars. Please allow 1-3 business days to process an order before it is shipped. Once order is shipped we will notify you with a Canada Post email stating the tracking number. 

ITEM AVAILABILITY

The merchandise available on luciafashionbeauty.com is subject to change. Despite our efforts in updating the website merchandise with our stock, some popular items that appear on the website may be out of stock due to higher demand. In this case you will receive refund to your original form of payment.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

SALES TAX

We charge sales tax online just as we do in our stores. Taxes are charged based on provincial and federal tax laws as they apply to your order. Where required, taxes may also be applied to shipping fees. If you return an item for a refund, you will also receive a refund for the taxes paid on each returned item. Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless you are returning something as a result of a shipping error. You will not receive a refund for the taxes paid for shipping fees.

Can I cancel an order after I have submitted it?

Orders submitted on luciafashionbeauty.com cannot be cancelled once they have been submitted. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase you may return it by mail or in our store. More information is available in our Return Policy.

 

Can I modify an order once it’s been submitted?

Once your order has been submitted, it cannot be modified. If you wish to purchase additional merchandise, you must do so as part of a new transaction.
